What does Luke 19 verse 27 speak of?

Jesus is basically stating that for those with faith in him and to his father will be saved and more fortunes will be given to them because they have an great faith in him, they don't have poor or little faith but instead leave all their love and worries to him and their faith in him. Oppose to those who have nothing meaning no faith at all, nothing will be given to them and because of their little faith, even that small speck of faith they had will be taken away.
