How can you match your ceramic tile which has damage from a cracked foundation?

Go back to the vendor, retailer and ask them to try & find it. If you know the exact size & vendor, style & color name, you could do an internet search. But if the floor is more than 5 years old the chances of finding it are slim & none!

The other issue will be that Tile is subject to a considerable variation in Dye lots from production run to run & even if you find it, it will never match what is down...
