It is not advisable, if the resume is not for public viewing how does HR pass it thru the proper channels.

It also sends up flags

You may ask that your present employer NOT be contacted

Unless Your in the Government with security clearance and applying for a civilian job

You may ask to restrict the resume to only those persons applicable to the position.

Otherwise NO!
