The answer is difficult because the drinks are very different from each other, and can be prepared quite differently. Chocolate milk might be made with low fat or skim milk with very little sugar, and so be relatively low in calories with good calcium. Or it could be made with whole milk and extra cream and a lot of sugar, so that the calories (glycemic load) would be very fattening and outweigh any benefit from calcium.
Similarly, orange juice is relatively high in fruit sugar, so it is not healthy for some people. But orange juice is also a good source of vitamin C and some commercial brands have added calcium.
