- You will be needing this to install win 98

WIN XP Installation

- Installation of the Operating System on another partition aside from C:

Dual OS Installation (we had Win 98 and XP SP 2)

Partition Sizes and Software Installation

- Changing the default installation directory of the applications to be installed

Theoretical Questions both written and oral

- You will be asked about identification and functions of the system unit peripherals and components, troubleshooting techniques and approaches.

Mock Troubleshooting

- You will be given an intentionally defective system unit and identify the trouble and diagnose it

Networking

- You will be crimping a network patch and connect a computer in a network using a switch and share a network printer.

Documentation

- You will be writing down how you did things in the assessment specially with the assembly and disassembly of the system unit and of the mock troubleshooting.

Report

- Make a summary report of the entire assessment.
