Why isn't mike faulk from skate in skate 2?

Probably mike faulk didnt want to be in the game either not to waste money or he probably was ashamed or something so yeAh or he probably sucked if he didnt oh well Skate 2 is a great game it didnt need MIKE FAULK!! you heard that Mike Faulk you suck! hahah ROFL
