Your mercedez c-220 is leaking antifreeze and you can't find where it's coming from all the hoses are dry what could be the problem?

Please check the following: the radiator for cracks, follow the top hose to the engine check the thermostat houseing, follow the bottom hose to the waterpump, check the block.
