Is being 5'3 and 12 short?

I would say 5'4 is average height for a 13 year old girl.

Im 5'4 & 13, and theres plenty of people i know that are both taller and shorter than me. This also depends on your weight, parents genetics, and how athletic you are.

my moms real tall, im about 115, and im very athletic.
