How do you change pto switch on a 318 john deere?

To change the PTO switch on a JOHN DEERe 318, first disconnect the battery to ensure safety. Remove the plastic cover from the dashboard to access the switch, then disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the PTO switch. Unscrew the old switch and replace it with the new one, securing it in place and reconnecting the wiring harness. Finally, reattach the dashboard cover and reconnect the battery.
