you will need 7qts of 5w30 synthetic oil (I recommend castrol syntec) To change it you will need a 36mm wrench or socket and ratchet, and a 17mm wrench or socket and ratchet.
lift the front of your car securely. (Use jack stands or drive up onto blocks)
Remove the oil cap on the top of the motor.
Take the 36mm wrench/socket and loosen the black cap on the oil filter housing (located at the front of the engine next to the Power Steering reservoir)
Just loosen the oil filter housing for now (this is so that the oil can drain out of the housing and be drained.
Under the car, there is an access flap in the underbody splash pan. It is held on by a quick phillips screw. 1 turn will loosen the screw and the cover will come down. You will see a 17mm bolt in the side of the oil pan.
Loosen and remove the drain bolt. (make sure the copper crush ring also comes off, and replace with a new one if possible)
After the oil drains out, re install the bolt into the oil pan. (replace the crush ring if you can, but if not, use the old one)
Remove the oil filter cap (the oil filter will come with it likely. Pull the filter out of the cap and replace it. If your filter comes with a new oring, replace it too (its the big one around the filter cap)
Tighten down the oil filter housing cap until it stops. (dont over tighten it!)
Fill the oil. (7qts) Put the oil cap back on the top of the motor.
Start it up and make sure the red oil warning shuts off after a few seconds. Check for leaks.
When you're done... reset your service indicator.
To do that....
Put the key in the ignition... push and hold the left button on the instrument cluster. While holding the button, turn the key to the on position (dont start the car though)
"test" should come up on the instrument cluster.
Keep holding the button until you see "reset sia"
Release the button and then press and hold it again
When "reset" starts flashing, release and press the button again. It should reset your indicator.
