Well, it depends to the type and class of jumping. Also, of course everything is relative: a terrier jumping 1 meter would be more amazing than a collie doing the same. However, I think young greyhounds (such as Soaring Cindy, the dog that holds the world record for highest jump: 68 inches) are good at heights and flexible. Small dogs such as terriers are also renown for jumping single bars, especially whizzing through courses. Border collies seem to adapt well to jumping spreads though this depends greatly on the particular genetics of the dog. Hope this helped!
