You had a leak under your bath and since then you have these small midge-like flies that come into the bathroom in the evening when its warm what can you do to get rid of them?

Most likely something is rotting under the bath. You will probably need to disconnect the taps and plug outlet, remove it and checkout the floorboards and whatever is underneath them.
