What makes challenges easy?

What makes challenges easy is to probably try and see if you can do it and if you see you have faced the challenge it wouldn't be so hard once you have completed that challenge you'll just feel you have succeeded that challenge. If you don't try the challenge it will make things harder and harder and you just give up on that challenge you'll feel like a failure.
