Hisa means long lasting ( it's also an name ) and "-na" si usually used as an suffix for japanese names.
Ex: Kushina ( if you know, it's from Naruto ( SPOILER: naruto's mother ). Kushi means comb and -na it's added for a good ringing, to sound more like a girl's name.
I think it's the same situation and explication in both of the case;)).
