What kind of cars do Indians use?

On the Cheyenne River and Standing Rock Reservations we called them "Rez cars" or "Rez Runners" = cheap, old, and beat up cars that just barely get 8 people to the pow-wow. (Not sure if that was the kind of "Indians" you meant.)
