Why do french women smell bad?

Water is not cheap in France, in fact the average monthly bill for water and sewer per household is 374 euros (or about $500)!!! Ouch! As you can see, because of the expensive water bill, the French try to save by using less water and showering less thus they smell, although they have grown accustomed to the smell so it does not bother them anymore.
