VISION - The TUP-NSTP envisions to build up valuable and effective members of NSRC/MRC who may serve as agent in attaining quality of life, sustain peace, unity, cooperation and growth of the target communities of the university.

MISSION- The TUP-NSTP is a dynamic service-oriented sector composed of qualified implementers that provides capability enhancement for consciousness.

Defense preparedness, civic welfare geared toward encouraging youth in improvising their skills, knowledge and attitude on various Endeavour's that will develop their interest in attaining peace and order development.
