Swimming pool creepy crawly sucks water but it does not clean. How could I make it work I cleaned filters and still does not work. Please help?

Perhaps you have not cleaned your filter lately.

Next look for debris in the throat or hoses. Restrictions will slow or stop the unit.

Have you emptied the pump basket?

Try these and then go to my "message board" for further input. It is also possible that the "foot" is worn. It could be possible that the little device inside the tubes- especially if the unit is old - can be worn out. Are your valves or skimmer settings set properly. DO you have a second skimmer - the plug may have come out
