Is there such thing as a water-fire or ice-fire Pokemon and if there is what is it?

As of the Generation VI games (Pokemon X and Y), no, there still are not any Pokemon with Water-Fire or Ice-Fire type combinations.

There are a total of 42 possible type combinations, including these, that have not yet been assigned to a Pokemon.

Update 2015: Ignore the confidence votes. Such a Pokemon is part of X and Y, but as of the original answer and even this update it is not yet officially released. It can only be found by hacking.
