Is there a glitch to get all gags in toontown?

I have been on test server and they are planning on letting you get all the gags in a new cog nation. If you don't believe me, just wait until it comes out in that tunnel in Chip and Dales mini-Golf. To get all of the other gags just progress through the game. Each neighborhood except for Dreamland and Daisy have Toontasks where you can unlock new gags. Here's a list of all the level seven gags. Toon-up:
