Horse height in hands if horse is 95cm?

A hand is 4 inches. 95 cm = 37.4 inches I don't know if one rounds up or down when dealing with "hands" so it is either 37 or 38. Person who asked this question...(lol) get a hands calculator..or borrow a friends...OR the next time your vet visits ask if he can bring one to measure your horse...maybe throw in like $5.00 for him :D
