Is Mattel racist

Not at all, when the show was popular they even came out with a talking Julia doll based on the Diahann Carroll ( I think) character, she had both a nurse"s uniform and a stylish- Bi-color metallic gown that somebody said came form the briefly famous Bob And Ray"s Leather shop in L.A.- or was a close copy. design was influenced by rar but surviving in art- Egyptian royal gowns, the gown was divided vertically down the middle one half Gold lame, the other half silver lame- had a sort of high neck collar also. Wow!
