How can you not be naughty?

First, all human action boils down to choice. As Hamlet shows us, there are two choices with every action: to do, or not to do.

Which leads us to the second point: when you get to where you are asking yourself that question, simply decide on the side of avoiding the behavior that would be considered "naughty."
