How do you know if you are ready for a boyfriend?

A decision like that of course is only yours to make but I would not make it lightly. As a teenager I was very sexually active I mistaked lust for love. I had sex with so many and so often that when I finally found love I could'NT enjoy making love. It was'NT speacial, I had already made it just a thing and I felt I had ruined myself for my husband. It won't be special if you just give it away to someone who doesn't deserve it. After I got married I've run into a few ex's and I asked "Did you ever feelings for me" and the answer I got back most was no I just liked having sex with you. Well I doubt I have to say how cheap that made me feel. Also I felt stupid for thinking what I had with them was something more than just sex. If I were you I would hold onto my dignity and wait. If you have to ask when your ready then it is possible that your not and there is nothing wrong with that. In this day and time everyone passes it out for nothing. Be different and make your true love feel special by saving your self for him. You will appreciate yourself more in the long run.
