How can you get through an embarrassing rumor?

Ok.. well first of all.. say someone spread a rumor you were going out with this guy.. but your clearly not... but you like them.. well then they're probably most likely jealous of you.. find out why.. and who spread it.. and then ask some questions never leave yourself hanging on the edge. Always ask questions because that's what it's about.

Like the first person said, find out who started the rumor. Once you find out ask why she did and ask her to stop. Read carefully......If she does not stop, DO NOTspread rumors back, it causes more mess and more drama. Just tell the teacher. You're not tattle telling, you're stopping a problem. When you tell, most likely, things won't get worse 95% of the time.
