Where is the person to hire at pirate outpost to hire on Skullduggery Island?

In the building up the top of the Pirate Outpost 'mountain'. There is a woman wearing a purple suit standing next to the Pirates Den. Go inside and all the way to the left there is a man wearing a striped shirt. That's the man to hire, he is in charge of firing cannons.
