Very healthy. Dice they burn through calories fast, they generally eat more than the average person.

They should have lots of milk and water, fruits and veggies, breads, etcetc.

The less fatty and sweets, the better; since it just adds unneeded weight to them and slows them down. Especially because those are the kinds of foods that makes your body feel bad after eating them. Though, having the junk food occasionally is alright.
