Where does the word Christian first appear in the New Testament?

This is in Act 26:28 about 60-62AD:-

Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.

Also, see Acts 11;26 (NIV), for the first occurrence:

"The disciples were first call Christians at Antioch."

The last occurrence is in 1 Peter 4:16 (NIV):

"However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name."
