Yes you can purchase Christmas popcorn tins as long as the barcode sticker,sticker price,whatever that is used to scan at check says “popcorn,assorted popcorn“ because popcorn is a food. If the sticker that is being scanned says something like “Christmas tin,novelty tin,etc then it won’t scan as a food product and won’t allow to be paid by FS card.
