Where the highest sand dunes are found?

The highest sand dunes in the world are found in the Namib Desert of Namibia, particularly at a location known as Dune 7, which reaches about 1,256 feet (384 meters) in height. Other notable high sand dunes can be found in the Badain Jaran Desert in China, where some dunes exceed 1,600 feet (490 meters). These towering formations are a result of unique wind patterns and geological conditions.
