As a practical matter, there is no way you can PROVE that you weren't speeding, you must go to court - both you and the officer will testify and the judge will believe one of you and disbelieve the other, or perhaps, find some legal ground why the citation should not have been given. Everything depends upon your testimony vs. the officers.
Yes, but if its a speed camera which was taken from behind the vehicle and there were 3 people in car, surely you are innocent until 'proven' guilty. No picture, thus no proof surely
