If you suspect that your budgie has a parasite, you should consult your avian veterinarian. They will test your bird to determine what kind, if any, parasites your bird is carrying and prescribe medicine for it. They should show you how to administer the medication and how to store it between doses. You should not try to guess what is wrong with your bird unless you have veterinary training.
