When does Sora first meet Xemnas?

Its kinda complicated but most would say in Kingdom Hearts 2 after you beat 1000 Heartsless and you see Xemnas in the dark depths when Sora demands to know if he knows where Kairi is. But it turns out that in Kingdom Hearts Final Mix you fight Xemnas in the place in where you fought Dragon Maleficent in Hollow Bastion plus Xemnas kinda talks about Sora being incomplete to him. In other Word he telling him about Roxas without saying his name.
