What is the best way to tie someone to a chair?

Dear Girls if you are trying to tie up a boy then what you should do is go out on a date with the guy and then go for a drink and get the guy drunk enough and let him take you to a hotel and have a kissing scene with the door closed and take of the mans/boys clothes so he is naked and his trousers and with you make sure you have some handcuffs or black masking tape and tie his hands up or handcuff them to the bed then bring somethiing so he cannot see anything an make sure you put some masking tape on his mouth.

Girls, if you want to have fun with the guy all tied up and helpless, then you can bring lipstic,eyeliner and anything eles you might want to do on him and then when you have had your fun make sure you don't leave the keys for the handcuffs make sure you take the masking tape and the handcuffs keys and leave himthere all tied up and iyou want then girls, how about you call your other girls down and really have fun with him. if he is wearing boxers then make sure you get some tomato sause or salad cream and pour it all over him boxers and naked body and pull him boxers up a little bit and put some down there as he will not like it at all then leave and go home or where ever eles you may want to go to.
