Does Billystorm become Leafstar's mate

At first Leafstar tells Billystorm that they can't be mates.But in the end of SkyClan's Destiny Leafstar decides Skyclan has it's own rules....and one of them is she *can* have a mate and kits.So in the next book she's going to tell him they can have kits.
