then grab a cotton swab or a cotton ball and put alcohol on it
in your head, draw imaginary lines dividing the buttock into quadrents
on the uppermost piece draw more imaginary lines into quadrents again
make a fist and then put the syringe on your palm and then pretend to sueeze it while putting your thumb on the lifted top part
with the other hand use the wet swab to disinfect the target zone
with one swift move firmly and uickly plant the needle into the buttock
push down the top part with ypur thumb slowly
