How do you tag a photo on facebook?

when you upload the picture, let it finish. Then it will be like add a caption to it or edit picture or whatever it says, but at the bottom of the page, it will say tag picture. You click that and a scroll box will show up on who your friends are. If they dont have a myspace, you can just type their name and tag them in the picture.
