Did Sterling Marlin wreck Dale Earnhardt Sr?

While there was contact with Marlin's Dodge and Earnhardt's Chevrolet, it doesn't appear that the contact was intentional. In addition, citing his friendship off-track with Earnhardt, Marlin denies any intentional contact. Additionally, several drivers, including Earnhardt's son Dale Junior, investigators and NASCAR officials have absolved Marlin of any blame.
