How do you reattach the pulley to the garaage door?

This happened to me and I called my dad for help. He told me that it would be really stupid to fix on my own, and usually he will fix anything.
The problem is that garage doors have very strong springs that will injure or kill and unprofessional. He told me that it would be better to just get someone to do it who knows how, and he even offered to pay.

Just go through the yellow pages and call everyone who does garage repair. Most people wanted 150, but I got someone for 75 who did a great job.
