Can you have an earthquake in West Virginia?

yes it does!! Virginia does have earthquakes!! if you are reading this on 8/23/11 well you should know there was an earthquake in virginia. i felt the earthquake it shook my whole house! in fact it shoook new york! and a lot of other states like atlanta. its on the CNN news right now. they said it was a 5.8 earthquake..... wow... and i was about to go to a vacation in virginia.....

p.s. ok this was the first "p.s" i did and there has been a lot of earthquakes happening like in Haiti and Japan and now virginia..... i still dont belive in 2012 though.
