A feasibility study report is a summary of the study undertaken.
For example, someone might conduct a feasibility study for a proposed new gym - to see whether the public would actually use the facilities IF it was built. The Feasibility Study Report would contain (amongst other things) a graphical representation from a survey of the public in the area, showing the percentage of those would, and wouldn't use the new gym. It would also show the age-groups of those asked, and probably gender too.
