I cannot find a specific Psalm that mentions the Messiah 'rising on the third day', however there are two that describe some of the event.
(Psalm 49:15) says: " However, God himself will redeem my soul from the hand of She′ol, For he will receive me." (Psalm 16:10) which prophecies: "For you will not leave my soul in She′ol. You will not allow your loyal one to see the pit."
A reference in the book of Jonah, however, talks about God appointing "a great fish to swallow Jo′nah, so that Jo′nah came to be in the inward parts of the fish three days and three nights" (Jonah 1:17) Jesus indicated that this was a prophecy regarding his death and resurrection.
(Luke 11:30) "For just as Jo′nah became a sign to the Nin′e·vites, in the same way will the Son of man be also to this generation".
(Matthew 16:4) "A wicked and adulterous generation keeps on seeking for a sign, but no sign will be given it except the sign of Jo′nah." With that he went away, leaving them behind."
(Matthew 12:40) "For just as Jo′nah was in the belly of the huge fish three days and three nights, so the Son of man will be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights."
(Matthew 16:21) " From that time forward Jesus Christ commenced showing his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things from the older men and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and on the third day be raised up."
