What is the act of prisoner trying to convert or induce another to change his religious beliefs sect or the like while under confinement?

It is an act of ignorance and hypocrisy if the law of the land is righteous, and the preacher is a criminal.

If the law and the gov. is unrighteous and has imprisoned a righteous person for no good reason, then the prison preacher is not doing anything wrong.

Currently the Muslim forces convert many criminals in USA prisons.

This is dangerous for Americans.
