What does it mean when a guy say their she is when he first sees you?

It's just another way a guy will express that he is happy to see you.. Some girls might think "oh, he was just talking bad about me" or assume us guys are thinking "oh great she's here" but nope it's nothing negitive at all.. The guy is just happy to see you.. example: Seeing you just put a smile on my face and I want everyone to see "Their she is!!"
