What a social worker must do if unsafe practice is reported but nothing is done to ensure it is corrected?

If nothing is done to ensure that it is corrected it is important that you have made a written complaint as if it should go to court or the organisation is investigated, if it's not written down it didn't happen.

If it has been formally written and still nothing is done, A Social CAre Worker should take it higher, depending on the unsafe practice.

If it is to do with manual handling, medication etc; then it should be reported straight away to sfeguarding.
