Is there a video showing how Barack Obama altered his birth certificate?

This question raises a false premise, and as such, is difficult to answer. Since Barack Obama never altered his birth certificate, there is no video about it. If there were such a video, it would be fictional, much like some of the factually inaccurate claims made in the pseudo-documentary "Obama 2016." As numerous fact-checkers from all political persuasions (including reporters from Fox News, CNN, NBC, ABC, Time magazine, etc etc etc) have found, there is NO evidence that Barack Obama's birth certificate is fake. A group of people called the "Birthers" insist it is, but wishing something were true does not make it true. Barack Obama was in fact born in Hawaii, as has been thoroughly documented by reputable sources, both Republican (the former governor of Hawaii, for example) and Democratic (the current governor, who knew Barack Obama's mother).
