What do you use a KitchenAid food grinder for?

Electric Coffee Grinders may grind nuts for recipes that require nut flour. They may also grind chocolate bits if you need a light layer of flakey chocolate say, on top of a Tiramisu recipe. Just make sure the chocolate is hard and frozen or it will melt and make a mess in your grinder. You could also grind flax seeds or other seeds to spoon over cereals or into recipes for added fiber.
