On a 2001 Toyota 4runner which fuse is for radio clock and phone charger?

It is interior fuse #18 ACC 15 amps it controls car audio, power antenna, clock, and power rear mirror. If the fuse is OK and the clock is dead then it is an internal clock issue. Check out my bio page for info on how to remove and service the clock.
