What is a person who is a vampire and wolf called?

Such a creature as a werewolf/vampire mix has no distinct name in legend or folklore. It would probably be referred to as a Vampire-Werewolf hybrid as it is, say, in movies such as "Underworld". It should be mentioned that vampires have traditionally been classified as shapeshifters, being able to turn into anything from rats, dogs, Spiders, moths, various birds and bats. They also have been said to change into wolves, hence older legends often combining the two anyway. Ever since the advent of the modern rendition of Dracula, however, vampires have become associated with bats alone.

There are obscure creatures that have both characteristics though:

• Adlet (Inuit folklore) - Vampiric dog-human hybrid. It does not have shape-shifting ability though and always stays in its crossbreed form.
• Dip (Catalan region of Spain) - A vampiric dog of demonic origin. Again, it does not shapeshift.
• Vârcolac (Romanian) - This Word is used both to describe a vampire or a werewolf, but not both. It would, however, make a prime candidate to come to mean a hybrid through organic semantic evolution and usage.

and no you can't be half vampire and half werewolf because they are mortal enemies and would hold no emotion other than hate towards each other.

BUT!!!!(This is from a different user) What if a werewolf has a kid with a human that turns into a vampire AFTER the mom gets pregnant?! THEN U DO GET A HALF BREED!!!! of course you asked for a name, which i can not give for there isn't really legend of a half-breed out there. But if there was it would have AMAZING powers and that for sure.

Well, I call them "werepires". Though I classify werewolves and vampires as different species that are similar to humans and can interbreed with them and with each other and get rid of the whole "if you get bitten by a vampire you turn into one" as it gets too complicated (plus it helps make vampires more of an endangered species)."
