What is the difference between No Parking and No Stopping?

No Parking means you cannot leave your car unattended, but your car can remain there temporarily while accepting or discharging passengers, or for any other reason, as long as a licensed driver is present inside the car who can move the car if necessary. A car is considered parked as soon as the (last or only) licensed driver steps away from it.

No Stopping means your car cannot remain there for any reason at any time.
